Full job description

  • Update employee’s attendance, leave and absenteeism, and overtime on daily basis.
  • Assign to do daily clerical job, office stationeries management, record, necessary documentation and filing system.
  • Assisting in preparing and reporting the relevant documents pertaining to Production such as daily production summary report, downtimes, production output, downgrades, and stock inventory (of raw materials). To prepare monthly reports.
  • Preparing, recording, and reporting the relevant documents pertaining of direct and indirect material such as glue, saw blades, tools, PPE and packing materials.
  • Assist the Document Controller to maintain the quality management system documentation, development of relevant procedures and subsequent revisions.
  • Preparing SOP.
  • Preparing and updating documentations for production performance and improvement items.
  • Any other task assigned by Superior and/or the Company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
