Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Advertising

Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns to promote our coworking space and podcast studio.

Create engaging promotional content, advertisements, posters, social media posts, short-form videos, and reels for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

Develop creative marketing ideas, promotions, packages, and campaigns to attract new customers and encourage repeat bookings.

Capture photos and videos of the facilities, workspace, podcast sessions, and customer experiences for marketing purposes.

Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, generate enquiries, and convert enquiries into bookings.

Track marketing performance, customer engagement, and campaign results, and suggest improvements.

Provide tours of the facilities to prospective customers and explain the features and benefits of our services.

Studio Operations

Welcome podcast clients and guide them through the studio setup and session procedures.

Prepare, arrange, and check podcast equipment before each session, including microphones, headphones, audio interfaces or mixers, cameras, lighting, and other relevant equipment.

Ensure the studio is clean, organised, and ready before customers arrive.

Assist customers with basic equipment setup and operation, including microphone positioning, headphone connections, and basic recording procedures.

Provide basic technical assistance during sessions and troubleshoot simple equipment issues when necessary.

Ensure all equipment is properly handled, accounted for, and returned to its designated place after each session.

Coordinate studio schedules, session timings, and room turnover to ensure smooth operations

Report faulty equipment, technical issues, or maintenance requirements promptly.

Coworking Space Operations

Ensure the coworking space, reception area, meeting areas, and shared facilities are clean, organised, and presentable.

Explain our coworking space facilities, membership options, pricing, booking procedures, and available packages.

Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, social media enquiries, and other customer communications.

Guide customers who are unfamiliar with our services through the booking process, including helping them understand how to reserve a workspace or podcast studio.

Assist customers with workspace access, seating arrangements, Wi-Fi connectivity, and basic facility enquiries. Explain available workspace options and help customers select the most suitable booking or membership package.

Monitor workspace bookings and ensure desks or rooms are ready for incoming customers.

Follow up with potential customers to encourage bookings and maintain good customer relationships.

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

Maintain accurate booking records and ensure customer enquiries are followed up promptly.

Check pantry supplies, beverages, stationery, and other essential amenities, and report items that require replenishment. Coordinate with the team to ensure daily operations run smoothly and customers have a comfortable working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage. Experience in marketing, social media management, customer service, hospitality, retail, or front-desk operations is an advantage. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage. Basic skills in creating marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Ability to create engaging content, including posters, promotional graphics, photos, and short videos. Comfortable interacting with customers, answering questions, and explaining services to people who may be unfamiliar with the booking process. Willingness to learn basic podcast equipment setup and troubleshooting. Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Willingness to take initiative, suggest creative ideas, and contribute to the growth of both businesses.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Filmora, or other content creation and video editing tools. Basic photography and videography skills. Familiarity with online booking systems, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and customer relationship management tools. Basic understanding of digital marketing, paid advertisements, and social media analytics. Interest in podcasting, content creation, coworking spaces, or the creative industry.

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
