Requirements
- Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, and basic accounting functions
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Responsible, meticulous, and able to follow instructions closely
Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations (AP, AR, data entry)
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and supporting documents
- Manage month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting for a group of companies
- Maintain proper documentation and filing system
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
