Full job description

  • Patient registration & front desk – Register patients, update records, and manage appointments.
  • Basic patient assistance – Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, weight) and prepare patients for consultation.
  • Dispensing medication – Assist in preparing and dispensing medicines as instructed by the doctor.
  • Billing & payment handling – Prepare bills, collect payments, and issue receipts.
  • Clinic operations support – Maintain cleanliness, prepare consultation rooms, and restock supplies.
  • Administrative tasks – Handle phone calls, manage patient records, and assist with insurance or panel claims.
