POSITION : SENIOR EXECUTIVE, FINANCIAL & MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING

DIVISION : FINANCE

LOCATION : PUTRAJAYA

Major Responsibilities

• Timely preparation of monthly management reports for presentation to the management.
• Timely and proper recording of the projects costs undertaken by ECERDC into the financial system.
• Timely preparation of the statutory accounts that comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements for Management’s approval.
• Perform the end-to-end fixed assets processes to enable accurate and timely financial and management reporting.
• Timely preparation and submission of annual tax computation/ estimate/ return that is in accordance with the corporate tax laws and regulations, for management approval.
• Ensure timely processing of journal entries into the accounting system.
• Maintain the General Ledger, Accounts Receivables and Fixed Assets modules in SAP Financial System.
• Ensure that transactions relating to Accounts Receivable are taken up in the accounting system on a timely basis and are accurate, including monitoring of the collection of receivables.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the Superior.

Position Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in/ Accounting/ Finance from a recognised University and/or Professional Certificate in Accounting e.g. Malaysian Institute of Accountants, ACCA.
• Minimum five (5) years of working experience in any Finance, Accounts and Taxation.
• Possess excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employees.
• High integrity, ethics and professionalism.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and paper presentation skills.
• Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Meticulous and well-organized in handling tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
• Possess good follow-up skills and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Experience in using SAP Financials is an added advantage.
