Accounts Freight Forwarding jobs

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments from booking until final delivery.
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, and customs brokers.
• Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Resolve shipment issues and ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, permits, etc.).
• Handle customer enquiries and prepare freight quotations.
• Follow up with customers on quotation status and shipment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding operations (Import and Export )
• Familiar with shipping documentation and customs processes.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple shipments.
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively from home.

Salary & Incentive

• RM1,000 per month (startup company stage with current business volume consideration)
• Additional incentive: RM500 for every new customer successfully acquired through personal efforts or referrals
• Company provides laptop, mobile phone, and internet data support.

(Work From Home 9am – 4.30pm)

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
