Responsibilities:

Track and analyze the performance of stock turnover, movement and portfolios vs buying.

Monitor shop performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance analysis.

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and audits.

Assist in the development and implementation of investment control strategies.

Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for optimizing portfolio performance.

Collaborate with Buying Team, Retail Operation Team and other stakeholders to align investments with company goals.

Prepare reports, presentations and performance summaries for stakeholders.

Manage documentation and maintain an organized filing system.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-up action items.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Proven experience in stock investment management, data analysis, or a related field.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel Pivot, Power BI or similar platforms.

Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Effective communication and presentation skills.
