Full job description
a) Day to day administration of Human Resource functions which include recruitment & retention, compensation and benefits, performance management , training & development, industrial relations and HR & administration matters related support services.
b) Perform Human Resource management & Office & Administration Management (Development, performance management, disciplinary action, Benefits and Reward).
c) To monitoring and to renew & update for company licensing, employee permit,agreement, vehicle & facilities upkeep & expenses etc.
d) To elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources. Follow up & meet on a timeline & maintain good communication and solving issues with colleague, relevant authorities and etc.
e) To attend training, meeting, audit and inspection activities. Attend incoming call, faxed, office mails. Proper documentation in maintain and update filing, office activities, mailing, database systems. To ensure the factory, the activities and documentation are compliance statutory requirements and ISO 9001 standard.
f) Assist and reporting to HOD in daily administration duties and activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
