Full job description
HR Admin Officer manages daily human resources operations and administrative tasks, acting as the first point of contact for employee queries. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment, onboarding new hires, managing payroll data, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records, including contracts, personal data, and attendance in HRIS systems.
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Process new hire paperwork, coordinate orientations, and handle termination documentation.
- Office Administration: Support daily office operations, such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling internal correspondence.
- Policy Compliance: Assist in enforcing HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
