Requirements:

Able to commit from 28/07 to 25/09.
Mandarin is a MUST.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively engaging with customers, offering samples to customers to promote mooncake products.
  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Ensuring the display area is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked.
  • Replenishing mooncake products as needed to maintain a full inventory on display.
  • Sharing customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
