Aesthetic Medical Assistant jobs

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring and responsible Nurse / Medical Assistant to join our aesthetic and wellness clinic.

The role involves assisting doctors, supporting patients, preparing treatment rooms, handling clinic procedures, and helping with daily clinic operations.

Candidates with nursing, medical assistant, clinic, wellness, or aesthetic experience are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are also welcome.

We are currently looking for people who either able to work at Cheras or Mon't Kiara.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during consultations, aesthetic treatments, wellness treatments, and minor medical procedures.
• Assist doctors and patients with treatments, IV drips, injections, blood taking, and other medical procedures, subject to qualification, training, doctor’s instruction, and clinic SOP.
• Provide patient care before, during, and after treatment.
• Monitor patient comfort, safety, and treatment flow.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, medical supplies, and treatment materials.
• Maintain proper patient records, treatment notes, and clinic documentation.
• Explain basic treatment flow and follow-up care to patients.
• Greet patients and guide them through the clinic process.
• Answer patient enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Support appointment follow-up and patient coordination.
• Assist with inventory, medical supplies, clinic cleanliness, and daily operations.
• Attend training to improve clinical, aesthetic, product, and treatment knowledge.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse, Medical Assistant, Assistant Medical Officer, or candidates with relevant clinic experience are encouraged to apply.
• Valid registration or practising certificate will be an advantage, where applicable.
• Experience in clinic, healthcare, wellness, beauty, or aesthetic industry will be an added advantage.
• Able to assist doctors and patients in a professional manner.
• Comfortable speaking with patients and explaining basic treatment flow.
• Able to work on-site.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Mandarin or Cantonese will be an added advantage for patient communication.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
