Clinic Assistant / Nurse

Location : Mont Kiara / Damansara /TTDI
Job Type : Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Clinic Assistant or Nurse to support daily clinic operations and assist in providing safe, effective, and comfortable treatments to our patients.

You will work closely with doctors and the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience from registration to post-treatment care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist doctors during treatments and procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments according to protocols
  • Perform basic medical and aesthetic procedures (training provided if required)
  • Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and record keeping
  • Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions to patients
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards are met
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of medical supplies

Requirements

  • For CA: Minimum SPM
  • For Nurse: Diploma in Nursing / Medical Assistant or equivalent
  • Valid Nursing Board registration (for qualified nurses) is an advantage
  • Experience in a clinic, hospital, wellness, or aesthetic setting preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin/Malay is an advantage)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
