Kami sedang mencari Recruiter Part-Time yang bermotivasi untuk membantu mencari dan menempatkan calon pekerja.
Tanggungjawab
- Mencari calon melalui Indeed, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram dan platform lain.
- Menghubungi dan membuat saringan awal calon.
- Menjadualkan temuduga.
- Mengurus proses pengambilan sehingga calon berjaya melapor diri.
- Mengemas kini status calon.
Kelayakan
- Berumur 18 tahun ke atas.
- Pengalaman sebagai recruiter adalah satu kelebihan.
- Fresh graduate dialu-alukan.
- Mempunyai telefon pintar dan internet.
- Pandai berkomunikasi dan aktif mencari calon.
- Boleh bekerja secara berdikari.
Ganjaran
- 100% Commission-Based
- Komisen dibayar bagi setiap calon yang berjaya ditempatkan dan memenuhi syarat syarikat.
