JOB DESCRIPTION

We are one of Malaysia’s fast growing size-inclusive women’s fashion brands. We are seeking for an experience, reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to support daily office administration and finance operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, keeps records accurately, follows through on timelines, and able to support both operational reporting and finance administration in a fast-moving retail and e-commerce environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and finance-related reports.
  • Ensure data is updated accurately and submitted on time to management.
  • Perform data entry and maintain proper filing, records and internal databases.
  • Support finance administration, including documents checking, payments tracking and related coordination.
  • Manage office administration matters, e.g. vendor coordination, supplies, facilities, equipment tracking.
  • Assist with general administrative support and other ad hoc duties when required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience in admin, accounts, finance support, or a similar role.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems.
  • Good attention to details with strong accuracy in reporting and data entries.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information carefully.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin (speak, read and write) is an added advantage.
