HIRING NOW – ADMIN & OPERATION SUPPORT (6-MONTH CONTRACT)

Location: The Intermark, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM2,700 per month
Contract Period: 1 July 2026 – 31 December 2026 (renewable based on business needs/performance)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Prior experience in administrative or operational support roles
  • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across testing and support functions
  • Prepare, update, and maintain reports, trackers, memos, vendor servicing records, and budget tracking documentation
  • Monitor incoming requests and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including system access arrangements and documentation
  • Manage departmental communications, emails, meeting schedules, and appointments
  • Oversee inventory management for testing equipment and office supplies
  • Provide administrative and operational support to management, including ad-hoc assignments
  • Assist in maintaining office and facility conditions to ensure a safe and conducive working environment
