Project Architect
Job Scope
- To assist team leader in project management matters.
- Coordinating with internal parties and department to ensure the project are carried out in an orderly manner.
- Keep record and notes of meeting and follow up to ensure project is completed in timely manner.
- Attending all required meeting and ensuring design intend is constructed.
- Attend meeting with authorities , factory visit, suppliers and others.
- Attend to correspondences and follow up on project matters.
- Laisse with external parties such as consultants, contractors, suppliers.
Requirements
Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
Minimum five (5) years of working experience.
Experienced in project implementation and contract administration.
Completed at least ONE full cycle of project (from inception to issuance of final certificate).
Well versed in PAM Contract , UBBL and relevant authority requirements
Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, MS Office & Sketch-up
