Job Summary

Our Focus
We operate across two core hospitality streams:

1. Hospitality & Culinary Operations

Food & beverage service, bartending, specialty dining, culinary production, pastry, and galley operations , all dedicated to delivering exceptional guest dining experiences.

2. Hotel, Guest Services & Housekeeping Operations

Housekeeping leadership, stateroom services, laundry operations, retail, and hotel stores roles, supporting smooth onboard operations and consistently high guest satisfaction.

Duties

• Provide exceptional guest services at various onboard venues including front desk operations, dining areas, and entertainment spaces
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries to ensure a smooth and enjoyable cruise experience
• Communicate effectively with multilingual guests to accommodate diverse language needs and enhance their comfort
• Support resort-style amenities by coordinating guest activities, reservations, and special requests
• Maintain high standards of hospitality by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in all guest interactions
• Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver a cohesive and memorable voyage for all guests
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences that foster loyalty

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with international guests
• Previous hotel or resort experience is preferred to understand hospitality standards and guest expectations
• Bilingual proficiency enhances your ability to serve a diverse clientele with ease and confidence
• Strong customer service skills are essential for creating welcoming environments and resolving issues efficiently
• Knowledge of front desk operations or guest relations roles will support your success in this position
• Experience in hospitality or resort settings demonstrates your ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor will help build lasting guest relationships
