Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Barista (Café Server) to join our campus café team. In this role, you will be the heart of our coffee bar, crafting high-quality beverages for our university students, faculty, and visitors. If you love coffee culture and enjoy a vibrant campus environment, we want you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft High-Quality Beverages: Prepare and serve a consistent menu of espresso-based coffees, teas, and specialty drinks.
  • Espresso Mastery: Grind coffee beans, dial in espresso shots, and steam milk perfectly (latte art skills are highly preferred).
  • Equipment Care: Maintain, calibrate, and perform daily deep cleaning of the espresso machine and grinders.
  • Customer Interaction: Guide customers through the beverage menu and introduce seasonal specials with a friendly attitude.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year to 2 year of barista experience is preferred.
  • Qualifications: Must possess a valid Food Handler Certificate and Typhoid Vaccination (mandatory in Selangor).
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing.
  • Traits: Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
