JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • What you will do:

    • Provide exceptional implementation and administrative support to nominated Sales Executives and Sales Managers.

    • Maintain and continually enhance knowledge of TV, radio, Digital Advertising products, Integrated Solutions, Social Media Marketing, Product sampling, event management, live-show experiences (as part of internship learning framework).

    • Support and have joint responsibility with nominated Account Sales Executives & Sales Managers for all aspect of client servicing.

    • Attend external / internal meetings when deem required with the supervision of Sales Managers

    • Campaign monitoring and progress updates; conveying reports, air checks, online to agency/client

    • Other reasonable duties as requested by Sales Managers / Head of Sales.

  • Who are you:

    • Demonstrate experience/knowledge in customer service and/or media (TV, radio, online-digital, social management)

    • computer skills in Microsoft Applications – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
