TANGGUNGJAWAB
Mengurus program kebajikan, permohonan bantuan, kewangan, audit, tadbir urus mesyuarat, serta hubungan strategik demi menyokong inisiatif CSR korporat.
KELAYAKAN
- Akademik: Diploma/Ijazah Perniagaan, Pengurusan, Perakaunan, Kewangan, Komunikasi, Pembangunan Komuniti atau setara.
- Pengalaman: Minimum 2 tahun dalam CSR, yayasan, NGO, pentadbiran atau kewangan.
- Kemahiran: Mahir Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dan sistem digital.
- Komunikasi: Bahasa Melayu yang baik (Bahasa Inggeris adalah kelebihan).
- Ciri Peribadi: Berintegriti, teliti, proaktif dan bersedia untuk tugasan luar.
SKOP KERJA
- Program: Sedia pelan strategik, kertas cadangan (proposal) bajet dan laporan impak program.
- Bantuan: Semak, menilai, dan memproses permohonan bantuan untuk kelulusan Jawatankuasa.
- Kewangan: Sedia bajet tahunan, laporan bulanan/tahunan dan urus tuntutan/pembayaran.
- Audit: Urus audit dalaman/luaran serta pastikan pematuhan polisi Yayasan.
- Tadbir Urus: Urus mesyuarat, sediakan agenda, kertas kerja, minit dan pantau tindakan susulan.
- Dana & Strategik: Cari peluang penajaan, urus penyumbang dan jalin kerjasama dengan GLC/NGO.
- Komunikasi: Sedia laporan aktiviti, bahan publisiti, kandungan media sosial dan tugasan khas CEO.
