Full job description

Role, Tasks & Responsibilities

· To provide technical & sales support to healthcare personnel (e.g. surgeons,doctors, consultants, pharmacists, infection control staff, diagnostic technicians, sterile services staff, nurses, medical assistants, etc.

· To assist medical facilities in designing/structuring policies/SOPs on chemicals and decontamination processes

· To part knowledge pertaining to international and local infection control policies, procedures, guidelines, regulations in the field of decontamination of medical, surgical, and diagnostic equipment and instruments

· Responsible for sales, marketing, training, and product presentations

· To promote company's range of products

· To meet sales targets and marketing goals

· To develop short and long-term sales growth strategies & forecast in assigned territories

Requirements and Experiences

· Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biomedical sciences, Microbiology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related fields

· Knowledge related to infection control, contamination control, chemicals for decontamination is an added advantage

· 1-2 years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare sectors. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

· Sales experience in both Government and Private Medical facilities is an added advantage

· Possess own transport with a valid driving license and willing to travel.

Other Skills

· Proficient in MS Office eg: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Workplace etc

· Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently

· Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Coverage Area

· Position 1 : Central (Selangor/Klang Valley), Negeri Sembilan, Melaka & Johor

· Position 2 : Central (Selangor/Klang Valley), Perak, Pulau Pinang, Kedah & Perlis

Remuneration & Benefit

· Basic salary + sales incentives + bonus

· Allowances - car, phone, and outstation
