Requirements

  • Min. SPM or equivalent.
  • No working experience required (Training will be provided).
  • Energetic, pleasant disposition and positive attitude.
  • Passionate for continuous learning and self-development.
  • Able to work on shifts (including night shift), weekends and public holidays.
  • Communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibility

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Provide quality food & beverage according to SOP.
  • Recommend and up-sell food and beverages to customers.
  • Maintain the shop environment in a clean & organized manner.
