Job description:

Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email pertaining to company.

Assist with customer inquiries and request promptly, accurately and professional.

Resolve customer complaints tactfully and follow up to ensure resolution.

Maintain amicable working relationship with the team and different department of the company.

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Experience in the Customer Service or Call Centre sector is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
  • Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
  • Required skills: Computer literacy, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
