A Biomedical Officer is typically expected to possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• A relevant Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Biomedical Technology, or a related field.
• Technical proficiency in operating and troubleshooting diagnostic and biomedical equipment.
• Strong laboratory and analytical skills.
• Knowledge and experience in medical device maintenance and preventive servicing.
• Understanding of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance practices for medical devices.
• Ability to provide end-user training and technical support to clinical and healthcare staff.
• Proficiency in handling and interpreting statistical data for reporting and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software is an added advantage, particularly for equipment design, modification, or technical documentation.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
