Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting tests that provide crucial information for detecting, diagnosing, treating, and monitoring disease.
- Ensure accurate, precise and timely reporting of test results to clinicians.
- Perform quality control, institute preventive maintenance of equipment, monitor inventory, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed so that testing output is maintained at the highest possible standards.
- Participate in quality improvement, promote and support continuing education and research at all levels within the laboratory.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science, Microbiology or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Registered as an allied health practitioner under the Allied Health Professions Act.
- Adequate understanding of laboratory procedures and established protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
