seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical & Application Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, product installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and clinical/application support for medical devices supplied by the company.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in the medical device and healthcare industry. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Service

• Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of medical devices and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and basic corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Perform equipment inspections and ensure proper functionality.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service records.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for technical support, repairs, and spare parts when required.
• Support equipment demonstrations, evaluations, and product trials.

Application & Clinical Support

• Provide product application and operational training to doctors, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff.
• Assist customers in understanding the proper use and functionality of medical devices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and application support during procedures where required.
• Support the sales team during product presentations, demonstrations, exhibitions, and workshops.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate product or application issues to the management and principals.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on new technologies and medical device developments.

General Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Application teams to provide excellent customer support.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, hospitals, and business partners.
• Participate in internal and external product training programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and relevant medical device regulations.
• Be prepared to travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout Malaysia when required.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in:

• Biomedical Engineering
• Electronic / Electrical Engineering
• Information & Communication Technology (ICT)
• Or other relevant technical disciplines

Experience

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in medical devices, biomedical equipment, electronics, IT systems, or technical support will have an added advantage.
• Comprehensive product and technical training will be provided.

Other Requirements

• Willing and able to travel locally and outstation when required.
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving licence.
• Willing to visit hospitals, healthcare facilities, and customer sites.
• Willing to attend training, seminars, exhibitions, and company events when required.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
