Job Responsibilities:

• System Monitor Product Quality Issue Occurrence & Re-Occurrence in market from Dealer Warranty Claim submission data.
• Carry out Warranty data analysis to understand nature of warranty claim.
• Take immediate action to improve Product Quality issue by issuing Quality Issue Correspondence Sheet (QIC) & coordinate discussion with factory personnel.
• Make arrangement of Defective Parts collection from Dealer.
• Carry out Internal research by conducting simulation test to Honda product in order to identify quality issue.
• To establish Technical Improvement activity at BSH Dealer in order to obtain technical information data precisely.
• Issue Honda Technical & Service Bulletin pertaining to product update or technical improvement.
• Provide guidance to Dealer to Issue Honda Technical Report as supporting analysis document when it necessary.
• To conduct Market Quality feedback activity in the market ie: at Dealer by collaborating with Factory Market Quality PIC.
• To conduct warranty audit at Dealer.
• To undertake any other project, tasks & duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement(s) :

• Bachelor's degree in related field or minimum Diploma with minimum 4 years working experience Automotive Manufacturing/ Service Operation After Sales. (Certificate in Automotive with minimum 5 years experience can be considered).
• Experience in Product Quality Improvement.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Able to understand Warranty Process from supplier to end customer.
• IT savvy, able to use & understand system appropriately.
• Have good communication skills.
• Able to understand workshop manual & parts catalogue.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
