Job Responsibilities:
- System Monitor Product Quality Issue Occurrence & Re-Occurrence in market from Dealer Warranty Claim submission data.
- Carry out Warranty data analysis to understand nature of warranty claim.
- Take immediate action to improve Product Quality issue by issuing Quality Issue Correspondence Sheet (QIC) & coordinate discussion with factory personnel.
- Make arrangement of Defective Parts collection from Dealer.
- Carry out Internal research by conducting simulation test to Honda product in order to identify quality issue.
- To establish Technical Improvement activity at BSH Dealer in order to obtain technical information data precisely.
- Issue Honda Technical & Service Bulletin pertaining to product update or technical improvement.
- Provide guidance to Dealer to Issue Honda Technical Report as supporting analysis document when it necessary.
- To conduct Market Quality feedback activity in the market ie: at Dealer by collaborating with Factory Market Quality PIC.
- To conduct warranty audit at Dealer.
- To undertake any other project, tasks & duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirement(s) :
- Bachelor's degree in related field or minimum Diploma with minimum 4 years working experience Automotive Manufacturing/ Service Operation After Sales. (Certificate in Automotive with minimum 5 years experience can be considered).
- Experience in Product Quality Improvement.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Able to understand Warranty Process from supplier to end customer.
- IT savvy, able to use & understand system appropriately.
- Have good communication skills.
- Able to understand workshop manual & parts catalogue.
