WE ARE HIRING: ENUMERATORS / MARKET RESEARCH INTERVIEWERS

Project-Based | Higher Education Market Research

The Leading Standard, the market research arm of The Learning Standard, is looking for Enumerators / Market Research Interviewers to support an upcoming nationwide higher education market research project.

The study will examine student demand, perceptions, motivations, affordability, programme preferences and factors influencing university enrolment decisions among prospective students.

YOUR ROLE

As an Enumerator / Market Research Interviewer, you will:

• Identify and approach eligible prospective student respondents
• Conduct structured surveys using the questionnaire provided
• Explain the purpose of the research clearly and professionally
• Ensure respondents meet the required screening criteria
• Obtain genuine, complete and accurate survey responses
• Follow assigned respondent quotas and target groups
• Maintain proper records of completed surveys
• Ensure voluntary participation and respondent confidentiality
• Follow research ethics, informed-consent and PDPA requirements
• Communicate regularly with the Project Research Team on fieldwork progress

TARGET RESPONDENTS

We are particularly looking for interviewers who have access to students or prospective students from:

SPM | STPM | UEC | O-Level / IGCSE | A-Level | Foundation | Diploma | Pre-University | K-12 or Equivalent

Respondents may come from government schools, SMJK(C), international schools, colleges, universities and pre-university institutions.

LOCAL MARKET COVERAGE

Enumerators with networks in the following regions are strongly encouraged to apply:

Northern Region
Central Region
Southern Region
East Coast Sabah
Sarawak

The study will involve prospective students from different socioeconomic backgrounds and educational pathways.

INTERNATIONAL RESPONDENTS

We are also interested in applicants who have access to prospective international students, particularly from:

Saudi Arabia | UAE | Qatar | Myanmar | India | Kazakhstan | Kenya | Somaliland | Brunei | Indonesia | Maldives

International student networks, education agents and individuals with strong international student connections are encouraged to apply.
