Job Summary

• Handle customers complaints or enquiry by telephone or in person to provide information about company products, take in orders, accounts verifications, or refunds.
• Document records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of conversation, channel complaints, as well as take actions to resolve issues.
• Check or getting feedback to ensure that appropriate action were made to resolve customers' issues.
• Explain charges incurred for services requested, confirm collection deposits or payments, or billing updates.
• Escalate unresolved customer grievances to designated head of departments for further investigation and decision making.
• Attend to customers' request for exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills charges.
• Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes, whether internal or external conditions that could attributed to the nature of complaints

Requirements 

• SPM or Related Cert in the industry
• Good Communicating in writing and listening
• Preferred some work-related skills, knowledge, or experience as teller or tele-marketer would be advantage.
• Job Training will be advantage.
• Based at Bukit Raja , Klang, Selangor

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
