Business Development & Partnerships Executive (Hybrid)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor (2 mins from LRT/Public Transport) - Amcorp Mall

Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 7,000 + Attractive Commission & Bonuses

Work Arrangement: 2 Days Office / 3 Days WFH (Unless Required)

Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development & Partnerships professional to accelerate our growth. You will be the primary engine for expanding our client base, identifying high-value opportunities, and bridging communication with our key Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Opportunity Hunting

  • Identify & Pursue: Proactively scout and close new business opportunities within the Malaysia and SEA markets.
  • Growth Strategy: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and identify untapped growth areas.

Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Network Building: Develop and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and reseller relationships.
  • Mandarin Liaison: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with our Chinese-speaking clients to ensure seamless business coordination. (Highly preferred but not necessary).

Deal Execution & Internal Synergy

  • Negotiation: Lead discussions and negotiate complex deals to close profitable agreements that align with company goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver bespoke, client-focused solutions that drive satisfaction and retention.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven success in business development, sales, or partnership management.
  • Languages: Excellent written/verbal English and BM. Mandarin proficiency is a major advantage for regional coordination.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to independently close deals and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and business events when required.
  • Nice to Have: An established network within agencies or experience in media/sponsorship sales.
