JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Governance & Coordination

  • Support the planning, coordination, tracking, and governance of multiple projects and strategic initiatives across the organisation.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items to ensure smooth execution.
  • Drive governance cadence including project reviews, status tracking, escalation management, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation, governance artefacts, and reporting processes are properly maintained and aligned.
  • Coordinate project mobilisation, delivery readiness, and cross-functional execution activities.
  • Ensure action owners are aligned and accountable to committed timelines and deliverables.

PMO Reporting & Management Visibility

  • Prepare executive-level dashboards, governance reports, RAID summaries, management presentations, and project status updates.
  • Track project progress, resource utilisation, delivery performance, and overall project health.
  • Support leadership reporting with clear visibility into risks, blockers, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
  • Maintain project trackers, RAID logs, governance templates, meeting minutes, and reporting repositories.
  • Consolidate updates across multiple teams and projects into management-ready reporting.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, governance sessions, and project discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, commercial teams, project managers, delivery teams, technical teams, and management.
  • Ensure proper communication, alignment, and coordination across stakeholders throughout project execution.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between commercial, delivery, technical, finance, procurement, and partner teams.

Operational Planning & Process Improvement

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for PMO governance, project management processes, and operational workflows.
  • Assist in standardising project governance frameworks, reporting templates, documentation standards, and delivery processes.
  • Identify operational gaps, process bottlenecks, and governance weaknesses, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Support resource planning, coordination tracking, and operational execution activities where required.

Commercial & Delivery Support

  • Support project onboarding, bid coordination, proposal tracking, and project initiation activities.
  • Assist in tracking commercial milestones, contractual deliverables, and project execution timelines.
  • Coordinate follow-ups across teams to ensure delivery commitments and customer expectations are met.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Business Operations, Delivery Governance, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, managed services, ERP, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage stakeholders across different levels of the organisation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project tracking/reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar collaboration/governance tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in environments with evolving priorities and operational ambiguity.

  • Exposure to enterprise delivery governance, system integration, or customer-facing project environments.
  • Experience supporting proposal management, delivery governance, or operational reporting functions.
