Job Purpose:

• Utilize my knowledge of accounting principles to ensure accurate and timely account management while supporting the organization's financial operations and internal controls. To oversee daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare financial reports, support Chief Finance Officer in budgetary planning, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Qualification:

• Bachelor in Business Administration Hons (Finance) or relevant field.

Knowledge:

• Financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Knowledge of accounting standards Familiarity with corporate finance principles and financial modeling. Understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements. Knowledge of financial risk management and internal controls. Awareness of financial regulations and auditing processes.

Skills:

• SQL, UBS, Oracle Netsuite, SPSS, ERP accounting system. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP,Power BI) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong. organizational and time-management skills. Leadership and team management capabilities. Decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Presentation skills.

Working Experience:

• 15 years working experience in finance and accounting. 5 year's experience in supervisory and team lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

• To prepare and assist Chief Finance Officer in cash flow management for all 5 companies
• To assist Finance Manager in the overall day to day finance department activities
• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts, analysing variances to provide insights on financial performance.
• Ensure timely filing of corporate tax, VAT/GST, and adherence to statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with tax agents and auditors to ensure smooth year-end audits.
• Doing all the approval for all system transaction in Acumatica
• Doing all approval and sign for all payment transaction.
• Oversee daily accounting functions, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Petty cash sign for all department
• Doing cashflow forecast for 5 years onwards for all 5 companies.
• Monitor working capital requirements and liquidity. Doing all approval for all payment transaction.
• Review and improve internal controls to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance to non-finance teams on financial policies.
• Submit the SME fixed deposit withdrawal to cimb for cash flow management.
• Annual review submission SME.
• E-invoicing.
• Prepare Director Company Resolution for Bank Islam.
• Prepare draft Financial Statement for MLC company.
• Handle SME machine evaluation for CMTF-I in Nilai plant P1.
• Maintain and administration for CIMB Mas Aero Technology.
• Allocate for RC salary and RC vendor every month.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
