What You’ll Do

  • Welcome guests with hospitality and a genuine smile
  • Serve food & drinks with Japanese dining etiquette (training provided)
  • Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and service flow
  • Support the service team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Share menu knowledge and recommendations to guests
  • Uphold Issen’s standards of discipline, teamwork, and harmony

What We’re Looking For

  • Pleasant, positive, and good communication skills
  • Passionate about service and learning
  • Able to work in a team and follow structured workflows
  • Experience in Japanese dining is an advantage
  • Able to work weekends and split shift
  • Applicable for Malaysian only
