Coffee Mate.Co is looking for energetic, friendly and responsible individuals to join our team at our Lorong Belakang Masa Depan (LBMD), Shah Alam outlet.

Whether you already have experience in F&B or are completely new to the café industry, you are welcome to apply. No previous experience is required as training will be provided.

If you enjoy interacting with customers, working in a team and learning about coffee, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and other café items
• Take customer orders and handle payments
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstation
• Assist with preparation and restocking of ingredients and supplies
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform other café-related duties when required

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old
• Malaysians and non-Malaysians with valid eligibility to work in Malaysia are welcome to apply
• No previous experience required – training will be provided
• Candidates with café, barista or F&B experience are encouraged to apply
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work well in a team
• Punctual and reliable
• Students and internship candidates are welcome

Working Hours

Monday – Sunday

5:00 PM – 12:00 AM

The outlet operates every day.

Working days and shifts may vary depending on whether you are applying for a full-time, part-time or internship position.

Salary:

RM8.00 per hour
