A versatile team member responsible for delivering excellent customer service while proficiently preparing and serving both beverages and a variety of food items. This role is central to creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring efficient, high-quality operations.

Core Responsibilities:

Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare, assemble, and plate food items and beverages according to established recipes and standards

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle transactions at the cash register. Provide menu recommendations and ensure a positive customer experience.

Operations & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace, including the counter, kitchen area, and dining space. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations diligently.

Teamwork: Work collaboratively with all staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours and to complete daily opening and closing duties.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a cafe, restaurant, or fast-food environment is a plus; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of food safety is highly desirable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., cases of supplies).

Flexible to work on shift basis (Morning / Evening), Weekends, and Public Holidays is required.

Language: Proficient in Bahasa & English

Prefer Malaysian only

Preferable Cafe Service / Barista Experience

6days Working schedule, with 1 day Rest day

Shift as below:

Morning - 9.30am to 6.00pm

Evening - 1.30pm to 10.00pm

Term based Employment with 1 year contract (Applicable for Full Time).

Pay: RM10.00 per hour
