Beverage & Service Crew / Barista

We are looking for a reliable and energetic team member to join our café team. If you enjoy working with people, preparing quality drinks and food, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Scope

• Prepare beverages including coffee, lemonades, juices, and mocktails
• Brew coffee and operate coffee equipment
• Assist with simple food preparation and assembling meals
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace at all times
• Handle customer orders and provide friendly customer service
• Restock ingredients and organize supplies when needed
• Work efficiently during busy periods and peak hours

Requirements

• Fluent in English & Malay
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Takes cleanliness and organization seriously
• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible
• Able to work well in a team
• Comfortable handling busy days with high customer traffic
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly

Bonus Skills

• Experience as a barista is a plus
• Experience in café, beverage, or food service is an advantage
