RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming customers and attending/handling to customers’ inquiries, request and/or complaints if any in friendly and respectful manners.
• Prepares all drinks by following prescribed recipes and steps in preparation techniques for all the beverages and coffee drinks, not limited to, espresso, Americano coffee, latte, and cappuccino.
• Up-sell/Cross-sell to customers - recommend add-ons/promote other products to increase sales and meet the team goals and objectives.
• Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, for coffee bar.
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; voice for repairs.
• Keep stations cleanliness and complying with all applicable SOP of sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards at all times.
• Take orders while paying attention to customer details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
• To serve beverages and prepared food when waiter is busy serving other customers, like cookies, cakes and pastries. Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to work during the weekends.
• Have at least 1 year of experience as Barista role.
• Willing to learn.
