The Role

You are the face of Bean Brothers. Your shift starts with setting up a great station and ends with leaving it ready for tomorrow. In between, you make coffee worth remembering and build real relationships with the people who walk in.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve espresso-based and specialty coffee to Bean Brothers standards
• Deliver warm, genuine service — every customer, every interaction
• Keep the café clean, stocked, and running smoothly through peak and quiet periods
• Work with your team to carry the shift together, not just your section
• Build real connections with regulars and represent the brand with pride

Who We're Looking For

• Warm and customer-focused — you genuinely like people and it shows
• Reliable and consistent — your team's schedule depends on you
• Calm under pressure — busy shifts are fun, not stressful, for you
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Positions Available

· Full-Time — From RM 2,000 – RM 3,000/month · 5 days/week including weekends · ~45 hrs/week

· Part-Time — RM 13/hour · 2–4 days/week · flexible shifts
