Position: Barista All-Rounder
Location: Kuching
Type: Part-time / Full-time

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, pastries, and desserts with attention to detail.
  • Being attentive to surroundings to elevate customer service.
  • Handle customer interactions warmly, providing great service and building relationships.
  • Assist with general café operations: setup, cleaning, stock management, and packing.
  • Support in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Be flexible to step into different roles as needed – from brewing coffee to handling cashier duties.
  • Contribute positively to a small, close-knit team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for coffee and customer service.
  • At least 1 year of barista experience preferred (but not compulsory – training will be provided).
  • Ability to multitask and adapt.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with good communication skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
