Job Summary

Deliver excellent customer service by serving food and beverages, preparing drinks, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Ensure food and drinks are presented neatly and served efficiently.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, coffee bar, and work areas.
  • Operate the POS system and handle cash or cashless transactions accurately.
  • Refill supplies, monitor stock levels, and inform the supervisor of shortages.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or food & beverage environment is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
  • Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
