Who We’re Looking For

We’re not just hiring someone to make coffee.

We’re looking for people with good energy, urgency, discipline, and genuine hospitality.

At our café, speed matters. Cleanliness matters. Teamwork matters.

But customer experience always comes first.

You don’t need to know everything yet — attitude is more important than experience. We can teach skills. We cannot teach work ethic.

Your Role

  • Prepare espresso-based drinks and café beverages with consistency
  • Maintain fast and efficient workflow during peak hours
  • Deliver warm, friendly, and professional customer service
  • Keep the bar, café floor, and equipment clean at all times
  • Handle POS/cashier duties accurately
  • Support teammates and communicate well during service
  • Follow recipe standards and café SOPs
  • Help with opening, closing, and daily prep work
  • Maintain a positive café atmosphere and team culture
