Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries from initiation to completion, ensuring high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate strong ownership by taking responsibility for assigned tasks and ensuring timely completion within deadlines
• Maintain accurate data records and ensure all information is updated and reported promptly to management for KPI tracking and reporting purposes

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM holders
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Able to adapt to office-based and hybrid/WFH arrangements depending on shift allocation
• Prior experience in customer service or call centre environment is an added advantage

Interview Process:

• One round of face-to-face interview (additional round may be arranged if required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
