Hiring: Staff Nurse – Eye Specialist Centre

Location: Bukit Mertajam, Penang
Basic Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,000
Working Days: 5 days per week + 2 Off Days

Working Hours:
Tuesday – Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday & Monday (Off Days)

We are currently looking for a Female Staff Nurse to join a well-established Eye Specialist Centre in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.

Job Responsibilities :

Operating Theatre (OT)

• Assist as Scrub Nurse / Runner
• CSSD preparation
• OT preparation for surgeries
• Assist with surgery coordination
• Maintain sterility and safety standards
• OT housekeeping and maintenance
• Control and maintain OT machines and instruments

Patient Care & Coordination

• Provide patient care and education
• Manage patient flow
• Handle patient enquiries and complaints professionally
• Coordinate surgery timing and scheduling
• Assist with complication management

OT Administration

• Surgery planning and scheduling
• Inventory management, monitoring and data entry
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Prepare relevant statistics and reports

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Nursing
• Must possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) or Retention of Name (RON)
• Fresh graduates and experienced nurses are welcome to apply
• Candidates with OT / surgical experience will have an added advantage
• Good communication and patient-care skills
• Malaysian candidates preferred

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
