Recruitment for Singapore Preschool Assistant Teacher

Oct 2026 Interview held in KL

Showing interest with children 2months to 6 years old

Job scope:

  • Co-teach and implement effective educational programmes that support each student in achieving their Individualised Education Programme goals.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to brainstorm, plan and implement meaningful learning activities that meet students’ individual learning needs.
  • Prepare and organise appropriate teaching and learning resources to support classroom instruction and student engagement.
  • Provide close supervision and ensure students’ safety and well-being throughout contact time in the centre and classroom.
  • Implement positive behaviour support strategies and manage students’ behaviour appropriately to promote a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Carry out recommended therapeutic and intervention strategies in accordance with students’ individual needs and recommendations.
  • Facilitate the smooth arrival and dismissal of students, ensuring proper handover before and after class.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, safe and conducive learning environment, including tidying and resetting the classroom after lessons.

· Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Early Childhood
  • Have 1 year experience handling children with special needs
  • Willing to relocate to Singapore
