Customer Care Representative | 100% Remote | RM3,000

We are currently looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team and provide professional support to users of a global online platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding user concerns, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear and effective assistance through digital support channels. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and working with online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through live chat and email
• Assist users with account, payment, and platform-related enquiries
• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues by providing clear, step-by-step guidance
• Follow up on customer cases and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case details
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at all times

Shift Pattern

This is a rotational shift role, with the following working schedules:

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Candidates must be comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the assigned schedule.

Candidate Requirements

• Customer service, customer support, or contact centre experience is preferred
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable handling multiple customer enquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and digital platforms
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience or knowledge of online platforms is an advantage

Salary: RM3,000 per month
