JOB SUMMARY

The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily café operations at Cabin & Cloud. This role includes serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, handling cashier duties, and creating a warm and welcoming experience for customers in line with the Cabin & Cloud brand concept.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Recommend menu items, beverages, and desserts to customers when needed.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and professionally.

- Ensure customers enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

Food & Beverage Service

- Prepare and serve beverages, desserts, and light bites according to company standards.

- Ensure food presentation and quality are maintained consistently.

- Follow proper food handling and hygiene procedures.

- Support daily preparation and replenishment of ingredients and supplies.

Cashier & POS Operation

- Operate cashier and POS system accurately.

- Handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions responsibly.

- Ensure proper recording of sales and transactions.

Outlet Cleanliness & Maintenance

- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counter, equipment, and workstations.

- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.

- Assist in cleaning duties before opening and after closing.

Teamwork & Operations

- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

- Support stock arrangement and inventory checking when required.

- Follow company SOPs, Halal compliance, and food safety standards.

- Assist with any other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

> Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

> Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

> Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

> Good communication and customer service skills.

> Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

> Able to work on weekends and public holidays if required.

> Experience in F&B or café industry is an added advantage.

Working Time:
7.30am - 4.30pm

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
