About You:

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and a knack for connecting with individuals eager to build a career in the automotive sector? As an Entry-Level Academic Consultant at CARSOME Academy, you will play a crucial role in achieving our student recruitment targets for our various academy programs. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the education and training field within a dynamic and rapidly growing company.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Execute effective student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets for CARSOME Academy programs.
• Monitor and follow up with prospective students to guide them through the application process.
• Research and identify new potential sources for student recruitment, including online platforms, educational institutions, and career fairs.
• Coordinate and organize outreach and engagement activities such as information sessions, campus visits, and career talks to attract potential students to CARSOME Academy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student leads and application status using our CRM system.
• Provide insights on student recruitment trends in the market and analyze competitor offerings in the automotive training space.
• Collaborate with the CARSOME Academy team to ensure program information is effectively communicated to prospective students.
• Assist the Academy Manager with other assigned duties to support recruitment and program administration.

Your Know-How (What We're Looking For):

• Bachelor's degree in any field. Graduates with a background in Marketing, Communications, Education, Business Administration, or Automotive-related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in student recruitment (even through internships, part-time jobs, volunteer work, or involvement in student clubs/organizations focused on outreach or education) is highly desirable.
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire to help others develop careers in this field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospective students.
• Meticulous with good planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• High degree of initiative, responsibility, and a proactive approach.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with the CARSOME Academy team.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment events and outreach activities.
• Experience in event coordination or public speaking is a plus.
