Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control CCTV, fire alarm, firefighting system, and lift panel in the control room
- Respond promptly to any alarms, abnormalities, or system issues
- Operate and monitor all control room panels to ensure smooth building operations
- Record and report any incidents or system faults to the relevant team/superior
- Ensure control room is always in proper condition and systems are functioning correctly
- Carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Attention to detail and responsible attitude
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken & written)
- Able to work on shift (if applicable)
- Fast response and able to handle emergency situations calmly
- Experience in CCTV monitoring or control room environment will be an added advantage
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
