EXECUTIVE (CHARGEMAN) ADMIN & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (AFM) UNIT, UNIKL MIIT

(1016, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur)


KEY ROLES :

  • Oversee daily operations of administration and facilities management.
  • Prepare periodic reports on facility performance and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate building maintenance and repair works with vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and internal audit standards.
  • Manage asset inventory and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist management in special projects and initiatives for facility improvement.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum Diploma or relevant certification in an A4-related field.
  • Qualifications in Building Operations, Facilities Management, Maintenance, or Administrative Management will be considered relevant.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in areas related to A4 functions.
  • Ability to multitask, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong skills in managing administrative and operational tasks.
  • High integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to take initiative and solve problems independently.
