Process Engineer

About the Role

Join a dynamic manufacturing team driving innovation in battery and electrochemical production. As a Process Engineer, you’ll play a key role in optimizing processes, improving yield, and ensuring top-notch production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Documentation – Prepare and refine process documents and work instructions for each production stage.
• Pilot Production – Track medium-scale trial runs and finalize production processes.
• Process Optimization – Enhance process capability and product yield through continuous improvement.
• Equipment Validation – Evaluate equipment acceptance, production efficiency, and process capability.
• Supplier Evaluation – Collaborate with teams to assess and introduce new suppliers for raw and auxiliary materials.
• Battery Disposal Solutions – Propose safe and efficient disposal methods for returned or obsolete batteries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering, Chemical, or Electrochemical-related fields preferred).
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with battery principles, performance, and related manufacturing processes.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in battery or electrochemical manufacturing (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
