We are an established Chinese Korean BBQ restaurant group with multiple outlets in China, expanding into Malaysia. We are looking for a capable Restaurant Manager to lead operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and team performance
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Handle staffing, inventory, and SOP compliance
- Drive sales and outlet performance
Requirements
- 3-5 years F&B management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Mandarin is an advantage
