Assistant Restaurant Manager (Chinese Restaurant)
Job Description
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth service, high customer satisfaction, and efficient restaurant performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise service staff and ensure service standards
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
- Assist with staff scheduling and training
- Support sales, promotions, and cost control
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in F&B, preferably in a Chinese restaurant
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
