Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when needed Serve food and beverages according to company service standards
• Ensure dining area cleanliness and maintain outlet hygiene at all times Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints promptly
• Support table setup, clearing, and overall restaurant operations Process billing and payment transactions when required
• Coordinate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service flow Follow SOPs, food safety, and operational guidelines
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or outlet manager

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in F&B, restaurant, retail, or customer service is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to stand for long hours and handle operational duties
• Basic communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Chinese)
