Job Scope / Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when needed Serve food and beverages according to company service standards
- Ensure dining area cleanliness and maintain outlet hygiene at all times Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints promptly
- Support table setup, clearing, and overall restaurant operations Process billing and payment transactions when required
- Coordinate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service flow Follow SOPs, food safety, and operational guidelines
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or outlet manager
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in F&B, restaurant, retail, or customer service is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills
