We are an established Chinese Korean BBQ restaurant group with multiple outlets in China, expanding into Malaysia. We are looking for a capable Restaurant Manager to lead operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and team performance
  • Ensure excellent customer service
  • Handle staffing, inventory, and SOP compliance
  • Drive sales and outlet performance

Requirements

  • 3-5 years F&B management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Mandarin is an advantage
