Full job description
SALARY: RM2500 - RM3200 per month (Depending on qualification and experience).
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to read and write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Good organizational, filing and record-keeping skills.
- Responsible, trustworthy and able to work independently.
- Experience in retail or garment industry is preferred.
- Retirees are welcome to apply, provided they are fit and capable of performing the required duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Handle data entry, filing and document management.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and business documents.
- Maintain sales, stock and inventory records.
- Liaise with retail outlets and warehouse personnel .
- Support daily office administration and operations.
