Position Summary

The Member & Guest Experience Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional service to members and their guests by managing membership services, guest reservations, and customer engagement. This role ensures a seamless member journey, from enquiries and reservations to club visits and post-visit follow-up, while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle membership enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
  • Assist with new membership applications, renewals, upgrades, and transfers.
  • Maintain accurate member records and databases.
  • Explain membership benefits, privileges, and club policies.
  • Coordinate membership cards and related documentation.
  • Manage reservations for golf, dining, accommodation, events, and club facilities.
  • Process guest bookings and ensure compliance with club policies.
  • Coordinate with Golf Operations, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor reservation schedules and resolve booking conflicts.
  • Welcome members and guests professionally.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Follow up on service issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support member engagement activities, club events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Build positive relationships with members to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Maintain filing systems and customer records.
  • Monitor membership statistics and reservation trends.
  • Assist with departmental administrative tasks and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, club operations, membership services, or reservations.
  • Fresh graduates with strong customer service skills may also be considered.
